Traditionally, Lions have had a strong record of recruiting new members during the month of October. Did your club participate in the October 2007 Membership Growth Award Program? See how your October 2007 membership growth compares with others in your district.
As we have in the past, Lions Clubs International would like to recognize October recruiting success by re-introducing the October Membership Growth Award Program.
How can my club obtain the October Membership Growth Award?
Clubs qualify for recognition in two ways: by adding members in October and then reporting each member on the MMR or WMMR later in October.
Banner patches will be awarded to every club that participates in the October Membership Growth Program. Participating clubs will also be recognized on a section of the Web site with their name listed as well as their growth percentage.

By increasing your net membership growth in October, you will begin a growth cycle that can be maintained throughout the Lions year. Any net membership growth your club achieves throughout the year brings you closer to attaining the following year-end awards:
