Pre-Assignments for the Senior Lions Leadership Institute

There are pre-assignments to complete before attending the Senior Lions Leadership Insitute.  

• Preparation Booklet
  This preparation booklet is designed to brief you on Lions club fundamentals. It will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
• Project Management Pre-work
  This pre-work has both an individual component and a group work component, which will take you through Phase I of the project management cycle. The individual component will take approximately 1 hour to complete. The estimated amount of time to complete the group work will be approximately 2 hours.
• Supporting Lions Teams
  A case study to be read prior to the session.
• We Serve
  Before you arrive at the institute you have three assignments related to this session. For each assignment you will go to the Resources section of the LCI Web site.
