Delegate and Alternate Certification/Voting

Each club in good standing may send one delegate and one alternate for every 25 members or major fraction thereof. Credential certificates and instructions will be sent to all club secretaries in February. Please read the material carefully to avoid delays during the certification process in Sydney.

• Certification hours will be Monday, through Thursday, June 28 - July 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Parkside Ballroom in the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre (SCEC).

Voting will be held Friday, July 2, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Parkside Ballroom at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre (SCEC).
