On Monday, many of our clubs in the U.S. celebrated Memorial Day – a day to remember those who lost their lives in military service. We found this week’s photo at The Aberdeen Patch.

Aberdeen Lions Club Marches in National Memorial Day Parade

This photo shows a member of the Aberdeen Lions Club marching in the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington D.C. More than 100 Lions club members from Maryland, Washington and Virginia took part in this year’s event.

    I checked our Club Locator, and unfortunately the Waldron Lions Club in Michigan is no longer an active club so we don’t have any contact information.

    I am with the Lions Club of Canberra Valley, we are looking for our sister club. Waldron Lions club was started the same time as our club, we will be holding our 50 anniversary in Febuary 2013.
