During our convention in Seattle, attendees helped choose the winner of our 2011-12 Environmental Photo Contest. Attendees viewed and voted for their favorites, and selected the photo submitted by Tammy Anderson of the Riverside Fergus Falls Lions Club In Minnesota, USA As the Best of Show (Grand Prize) winner.

    I know that Lion Tammy is excited to have her picture selected as “Best of Show / Grand Prize.” But, she is just as excited to have had the opportunity for her and her family to have been able to be in touch with nature and get so close to such a beautiful animal to take this remarkable photo. Maybe some of our efforts to Protect the Environment are paying off!
