Many of our clubs support local and large-scale efforts to control and prevent diabetes – especially on November 14, World Diabetes Day. We received this week’s photo from Lucien Downes of the St. Croix Lions Club. 

Strides Walk for Diabetes

The St. Croix Lions Club and Frederiksted Twin City Lions Club hosted a Strides: Lions Walk for Diabetes Awareness event. This photo shows Lions taking part in the event to educate their community about diabetes prevention and control.
