In Conventions there is an understanding, an intuitiveness, an easy kind of laughter that we share because we ‘re family.

95th International Convention is going to take place in the last week of June 2012. Thousands of lion friends from more than 200 countries are going to participate in it. Today lion clubs carry on the tradition of service by meeting the needs of their members and community and by staying relevant, flexible, and innovative for their members and community — each club in its own way but in conventions we make new friends exchange ideas and that how we grow.
This time at Busan, Korea we get priviledge to enjoy the beautiful beaches and delicious cuisine under Our Lions flag. I have participated in parade in USA and that is an unforgettable experience. This time I will try to be there and meet our international president because hands-on service stirs his soul
Lions make many people’s dreams come true. It represents the power of We. When we believe, we can change the world. Our belief in the Foundation endows it with power and productivity. There’s simply no counting the blessings, the lessons, the joys, that come with doing social services.

What a great day! The 95th international convention is a time to meet thousands of Lions and Leos’ members with the goal of empowering and encouraging ourselves. By having new friends we build cultural bridges between different countries and continents. Time to play our role around the world and to fulfill our global dream to spread and promote peace.
