President’s Service Blog: My First Official Visit to Headquarters, Oak Brook

madden's first daySince I was elected as your International President in Busan, Korea, last month, I have been overwhelmed with the support of my fellow Lions. In a world of service, Lions Clubs International is a name that stands out among others for community volunteer work and service projects.

Linda and I made out first official visit to the office in Oak Brook today. Just like the pit crew at any Indianapolis 500 auto race, the staff here is a well-oiled machine that uses teamwork to help us achieve our club goals. Every person at our headquarters office plays a vital role in the success of our clubs. With their assistance, I know we will fulfill the We Serve motto today and every day.
