New York Lions Respond to Sandy

In early November, the Nanuet Lions Club in New York parked at the two entrances of the Nanuet Stop & Shop to collect supplies for those who have been impacted by the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. Despite the chilly weather, they stayed out there and eventually collected bags of clothes, food, diapers and baby formula. In addition, Lions purchased baby clothes, cleaning supplies and sample size toiletries to give to those in need.

When disasters such as Hurricane Sandy strike, Lions are always among the first to respond to provide short-term and long term disaster relief. Make a disaster relief donation to LCIF today.
