Lions Vision Screening in the Philippines

The Laoac United Lions Club in the Pangasinan province of the Philippines held a vision screening for children of various schools in the area. The goal of the project was to improve children’s ability to read by correcting their vision. Eighty-three school children with visual impairments were diagnosed by the optometrist and given free eyeglasses, courtesy of Lions clubs.
