Lions Provide Water for School
Posted by Lions Clubs International on Friday, January 11, 2013 · Leave a Comment

The Don Rufino Tabayoyong Elementary School in Laoac, Pangasinan in the Philippines has 700 students and had only one functioning artesian well to provide clean water – until the Lions stepped in. The Laoac United Lions Club recently erected a pump well that not only provided clean drinking water for the children and teachers, but also helped water the school vegetable garden that the students cultivated.
