The Leadership Development Team works year-round with Lions and Leos who want to continue growing for the sake of their clubs, their communities, and Lions Clubs International. Lions Learning Center
Offers all Lions and Leos the opportunity to learn and sharpen their knowledge of Lions fundamentals and leadership skills through online interactive courses. Course equivalent documents for use with screen readers are available. For support, email elearning@lionsclubs.org.

My Learning Record
Provides a current record of a Lion’s completed training as a participant or as faculty. Faculty credentials, such as Faculty Development Institute Graduate (FDI graduate) or Lions Certified Instructor Program (LCIP certified) are also reported. For support, email gat@lionsclubs.org.
