1. Get reported

Being reported in the Lion Portal helps Lions International ensure your club has all the resources it needs, and it also helps ensure you’re getting the resources you need to further your leadership development and grow your skills while in the Leo Club Program.

If you are a Leo club member who is unsure about your reporting status, talk to your Leo club president or secretary, as they are responsible for reporting members.

If you are a Leo club president or secretary, consult your Leo club advisor on your reporting status as well — you won’t be able to report your members if you yourself are not reported!

Reporting Matters! Check out this guide to reporting Leo Membership.

2. Get active

Being an active Leo can look like many things, but all of them lead to one goal — developing your skills to help you grow as a leader in service. Ways you can get active include:

3. Get growing

All Leos in your club can help to recruit more members. The larger your club grows, the more your club can give back to your community — and the more fun you can have!

4. Get loud

As a Leo, you are proud of the work that you do — and you should be! The world needs to know what we are doing as a community of young leaders in service, and that’s why we need to get loud and proud about what we do.

We’ve developed social media templates to help you share whatever it is that makes you proud to be a Leo, such as:

  • Celebrating a project you’ve done, International Leo Day on December 5 or Leo Awareness Month throughout April
  • Sharing that you’re officially reported as a Leo member
  • Letting the world know you love being a Leo

You can also use the #LoudAndProudLeo hashtag on social media to share your pride with the world!
