Accident Insurance coverage, issued by Philadelphia Insurance, protects your Lions Club Members and Volunteers from the financial consequences of accidental injuries. This Volunteer Accident Insurance Program is designed to provide insurance protection for all your members and your Lions Clubs volunteers performing your Lions Clubs sponsored and supervised activities on your premises or another location.
Coverage benefits/limits include:
- $100,000 Accident Medical Expense Benefits
- $50,000 Total Paralysis Benefit
- $50,000 Accidental Dismemberment Benefit
- $25,000 Accidental Death Benefit
- $0 Deductible
To apply for coverage, complete the following steps:
