Make your club visitation count!

Make your club visits really count by customizing your visit to meet each club’s needs. By being prepared, you will be able to inspire club leaders to strive for excellence and make their work feel appreciated.  

Here are a few resources to help you prepare:

District governor resources

 

Prepare for an Engaging Club Visit Recording – This recording provides the district leaders with resources, suggestions and tips to make an engaging club visit. 

Achieving Club Excellence Presentation – This presentation discusses the road to excellence and how it can be fun! Strategies are reviewed that can help bring a club back to life and make a strong club even better.

Team Approach to Club Visits – This guide gives suggestions and best practices for the district governor team to create a plan to ensure that all clubs are visited and share the responsibilities of the club visits.

Club Health Assessment – Track membership growth, reporting trends and the overall health of the clubs in your district.

MyLCI/MyLion – Tools for Lion leaders! This site is where clubs can manage their membership, create district and club profiles, check club voter eligibility, document and plan conventions as well as check new club charter application status.
 
**Club Achievement Report – Available in MyLCI. This report provides a helpful overview of clubs.  It showcases helpful information on membership, awards, officer,  member achievements, reported service projects and support for LCIF. 

District Goals Reports Directory – Prior to your club visit, share current goals set for the district with each club, including those developed as part of the Global Membership Approach. By communicating established goals, you can inspire clubs to determine their own goals as a part of the Plan for Your Club’s Success process.
