Looking for a virtual institute?

The RLLI can also be offered as a virtual training. There are additional requirements to conduct a virtual RLLI and the following documents should be reviewed before submitting your Local Institute Program or Institute Grant Program Application.

The RLLI Experience

The RLLI is designed to give area leaders the flexibility to tailor the program to meet local leadership development needs while maintaining a consistent foundation across all institutes.

Each RLLI must include a combination of required core sessions and elective sessions, selected to best support participants’ growth. The recommended format is a three-day interactive training experience where participants strengthen key leadership skills, explore strategies to overcome challenges, and identify opportunities to make a lasting impact.

Sample schedules for both two-day and three-day formats are available in the RLLI Supplement.
