Lead the next generation
Lions taking on leadership roles working with Leos have a unique opportunity to both guide and learn from the future of our organization — and in turn, help shape the next generation of Lions.
The benefits of leading Leos
When you work with Leos, the opportunities you're creating to learn, grow and give are endless.
Amplify the good
Encouraging young people to serve their communities by joining your Leo club helps expand the service projects implemented in your community. Remember, more hands means more service.
Help Leos build skills
By promoting training — and sharing your experience — you can help Leos learn what it takes to have successful projects and strong clubs.
Make strong connections
Meeting other Lions who work with Leos is a great opportunity to network with other Lions who are passionate about young people and service.
Be a better Lion
Learn new ways to serve, including developing your leadership and mentorship skills. Supporting Leos can also help build your Lions club by increasing your visibility in the community.
Be an advocate
Encourage others to include and support young people. Be a voice for Leos in your club and beyond.
Make the most of your role
Your responsibilities may vary depending on your Leo leadership role. Learn more about what each position entails so you can help your Leos reach their full potential.
